Processing & Shipping

Orders require 1-3 days for processing items that are in stock and up to 2 weeks if we need to make something custom.

We use Royal Mail for most of our parcels and we offer 2nd class as standard. Please be patient (or order well ahead of time) due to postal strikes.

Currently we are only delivering to the UK.

Our larger items are shipped using DHL.
NB: Even though we use next day services, we don’t necessarily fulfill the order within 24 hours. Please be patient or drop us a message if you’d like to discuss delivery times.

Tracking

In order to keep shipping costs down for you, we offer Royal Mail 2n Class services as standard. Larger orders may include tracking. If you would like special shipping options, please contact us ahead of placing your order.
