Return Policy:

We have a no quibble return policy. If you are unhappy with any item/s you have bought from us you may send them back for a refund or to exchange them for something else.

Refund/exchange period: within 28 days of purchase
Items bought with discount or on sale: within 14 days of purchase.

All returns must be unused and in pristine condition with original labels and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage for an order so please bear this in mind.

First, contact us by email with your order number and questions or problem.

Please return the goods along with your order number and in the original packaging where possible to :

Please retain proof of postage and please ask the Post Office or your carrier if the returned items are insured until they reach us.

As soon as we receive the return safely we will process your exchange or refund – usually within 2 working days.
