Re=comb

Initially a request to test their mould, our partnership grew in the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdowns in Spring of 2020. Over the course of 2 years we produced over 13,000 items for re=comb, saving over 260kg of plastic from landfill. We developed our concept of Colour Alchemy through the relationship with re=comb, who would send inspiration photos with themes and we would mix to create colourways that would match these mood boards. This resulted in lovely standard colourways such as ‘Marbled Warm’, ‘Marbled Cool’, ‘Purple Haze’, ‘Cosmic’, and ‘Salt’ along with more specific colourways around themes like the aquatic world including ‘Shrimp’, ‘Jelly’, ‘Urchin’, and ‘Techno Aquatic’. Over the years re=comb developed additional products, such as their Pik and Hair Dice, which we were also able to supply.
