The following services explain how we can help bring your products to life with the aim of injection moulding them using our recycled plastic stock. However, we can also offer the following as stand-alone services, just get in touch with how we can help you out!
Have an idea, but no clue where to start? We can translate your sketches and specifications to a 3D design. We’re not like industrial manufacturers, so we have to make sure each product will work within our system.
If you prefer to provide your own files, we’ll need to confirm they work for our production methods.
Product Design
We can produce your item with a 3D printer, so you can get an accurate representation of what the final size and shape will be. This method doesn’t allow us to capture the colours that we can attain using recycled plastic, but it will get you closer to realising your final product.
Prototyping
We have the capability to quickly test some products using a low-cost and short-life mould. Offering small production runs and prototyping. If you need larger volumes of products (100s-1000s), we recommend a full-production mould for the best quality and price per unit.

100% recycled plastic products is what we do.
Not quite commercial injection moulding, and not quite arts and crafts. It’s artisanal plastic work that we’ve perfected over the past few years. Our specialty allows us control over colours and no minimum order quantities, but we’re also able to turn over a couple hundred to a couple thousand products per month, depending on the part.
Working with recycled plastic stock from various sources always brings a new surprise! We take the time to test each mould, new plastic stock, colours, and develop a bespoke manufacturing package for each of our clients.
It’s hard to accurately quote a price for your product until we have your mould in hand, but once we have the ability to test it, we always offer a fair price to help our clients build their sustainable businesses. We also strive to pay our team members a real living wage and most of the cost of production is found in the time it takes to sort, shred, mix, inject and hand finish every single product. That’s what makes our methods unique to other plastic manufacturers.
Production
How do we produce such beautiful colours? We work with our clients to bring their inspiration to life.
It starts with an image or moodboard, and our Colour Alchemist mixes up the recycled plastic to develop a colour to match your vision. Each plastic source and colour works differently, so we spend a lot of time making sure that it is just right. Each product will never be exactly the same, but we can ensure a production run will clearly come from the same set.

Working on your own recycled plastic project? We stock plastic in a variety of colours and shred sizes. Using predominantly Polypropylene [PP 5] for our processes and some HDPE [2], and LDPE [4] means we’ve amassed quite a collection over the past few years and we can help you by providing stock that clean, shredded and ready to go!
